A croissant is a French pastry made from puff pastry in a crescent shape. It is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry inspired by the shape of the Austrian kipferl, but using the French yeast-leavened laminated dough. Croissants are named for their historical crescent shape, but Mina Gelato server Croissants with Italian style.

Found in 2010 by Chef Mr Antonio (Tuan Nguyen) in Hanoi, Vietnam. Chef Antonio have been trained by Italian Gelato Chefs in Italy and Greece with various gelato recipes over the world.

In Italy, gelato means simply 'frozen' and is the generic word for any type or style of ice cream. In English, however, the term has come to be used to refer to a specific style of ice cream derived from the Italian artisanal tradition.
